Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nova & Joy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Nova & Joy offers FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum purchase required.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. For other destinations where shipping is available, applicable shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–12 business days for delivery (excluding processing time).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier regional delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Any charges not collected at checkout may be the responsibility of the customer, as permitted by applicable law.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective item, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at info@novajoy.us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected item and packaging, if available.

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist you in finding a resolution.

We will review each case in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
