I spent my entire career as a Senior Engineer in automotive manufacturing—decades solving complex problems, demanding precision, and holding every component to a high standard.

When I retired, I didn't slow down.

I started Nova & Joy.

Not because it was the easy thing to do, but because I still believed in making things the right way.

That engineering mindset still shapes how we approach every product today. We care about the details you can see, the ones you can feel, and the ones that only become noticeable after you have worn something again and again.

But the goal is simple: make pieces that feel good, wear well, and fit naturally into everyday life.
