Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at novafengjoy@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns must be sent to our regional fulfillment center — we'll provide the correct address after approving your request. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at novafengjoy@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
